I don't think anyone is out enforcing these laws, goofy as they are, but still, they are "on the books". Do you know for a fact that "adult toys" are legal where you live???
Did you know it is still "illegal" to own sex toys in many areas of the USA???!!!

Considering there are adult stores around the area that sell toys I'm going to say yes they are legal.

Many toys are not labeled as toys. They are usually for "novelty" use only.
But I do agree with what CF2014 said but only with the fact that some people (parents) would get mad to see a sex shop anywhere near where their children walk. EF has a little message that says it's it is illegal in some states to be viewing this stuff under the age of 18 (21 in some states). So it's not hard to believe. I do believe that's why people don't walk around with their dildos and wielding them proudly while cops also realize they have other things to do than arrest someone for having a rabbit vibrator on their person.

I'm not certain if this is still on the books here, but I know at one point a woman in Texas couldn't legally own more than 6 sex toys.

But I don't understand owning toys being illegal. That's not the best law. 18+ is the law in most places, which means adults can buy legally and it should be that way. Having a toy doesn't harm anybody.
