Maybe... I'm dressed up for Rocky Horror (leaving soon.. have a halloween party and then rocky horror after), but normally I'm dressed pretty conservitively lol

Yes and no, the point of dressing up on Halloween is that it allows you to be someone you're not so I doubt much could be learned about a person from something like their Halloween costume.

Occasionally. Especially homemade/original costumes. Because they tell you what a person is really into- and what they're passionate about.

Of course. I like costumes that are a little bit sexy but also scary, and this is the way I like to be all the time just much more toned down.

IF you are wearing it then yes, you are wearing it for a reason. Be that because you like that style, character or were forced to wear it, it is a reflection upon yourself in some form.
