Do you buy "goodies" from kids doing fund raisers?

I have noticed a lot more variety then the previous "Girl Scout Cookies", "Boy Scout Popcorn" and the "Worlds Finest Chocolate Bars" sold by about every group on earth. Now I see some groups selling "you bake it" pastries! Another selling LED night lights! One more selling pet supplies and toys as a fundraiser. I bought some of ALL of these (and still buy my Thin Mints...of course).

So, do you give in to temptation (or just being a good person) and buy these goodies from the kids?

It depends on what they are fundraising for and what organization is behind it. - C

It depends. I will sponsor kids for things (runs, walks, etc) and I usually buy stuff that I can get right at that moment. If I don't know the kids well, I don't usually buy stuff that you have to order and wait for.

Girl Scout cookies for sure. And sometime office co-worker children fund raisers.

It depends on the thing. I'd rather just donate money bc at least they get 100% of it.

I don't get too many kids coming by my house to sell things (I think maybe they aren't allowed to go door to door anymore?) I don't know too many people with kids so I tend to miss out on this. I would buy stuff though

If I know the child I usually do. If not I tend to say no thanks.

It really depends on the fundraiser. If the money is going to a good cause, I'll buy some little something from kids. Some of those sweets are too good to resist too...
