I probably should have clicked 'not on a regular basis,' because I have maybe one a month. It's hard to imagine one better than Red Bull Silver Edition. Most of the time I have one before a long drive, especially late afternoon or night.

No. They're really unhealthy for you, so I don't want to drink them and so far, I've never had the need to use them, thankfully!

I can't use them, just regular caffeine leaves me all jittery and shaky, plus they're pretty dangerous.

if i am not downing coffee i will drink one, i prefer Nos or Rockstar regular
I also like the low carb one i think rockstar makes it in a pink can, i used to drink that at work all the time.

I've tried a can of Monster Energy once, and I cannot stand the awful aftertaste; I don't think I'll ever try an energy drink again!

I have. But I have not had one in maybe a year or longer. They dont sit right with my stomach. I only have one when I am running on low sleep and long hours at work or just life in general.

I don't smoke, drink, or even have coffee so yeah energy drinks is another thing I avoid. From the negative impacts to it might even looking good to me I just stay away. I remember when I was in band and we learned that a boy died from drinking one and then having to go to bad camp that day, sure that kid prob had other problems but it was still shocking. Someone in hs just died because his heart gave out from a drink he took earlier.
