Yeah, I have to. My metabolism and blood sugar is so messed up, I can't go without eating, or I'll be ill or even bedridden for the rest of the day.

I dont eat until my first break at work. I cant eat first thing in the morning. I have to be up and moving around for awhile before I feel like eating,.
