This may sound super silly, but it's an honest question based on something I just heard on the radio. They said "internet shopping seems to go up after the sun goes down". They used to assume it was simply that after dark, people were home, and thus more online activity, but even when people are studied "on their time off" or days when they are home, "online all day", they do all sorts of things, but "shopping seems to be far more prevalent after sunset". Interesting. How about you?
Do you enjoy internet shopping more when it is dark out?

I do shop during the day but do most of it at night, mostly because it's easier to do when my kids are sleeping.

I shop when there is no distraction; it can be during the day when others are out of the house, or late at night when they're asleep.

my reasoning would be that brick and mortars are open during the day, so I shop there. I save the internet for when i can't shop anywhere else

The time of day doesn't affect me since I shop for specific things online and specific things in person. I can also shop from my phone anywhere, so even my physical location doesn't really affect me.

I usually do my "I need that" shopping during the day time, like ink cartridges or a new phone charger- boring stuff. But more often then not, when I make an impulse purchase or buy something I've been wanting but don't need, it's night time.
