That is why I quit all dieting a few years ago--get much faster results riding the dirt bike!!!! One week and it is ten to fifteen pounds gone and serious muscle toning starting!! Once I can move again, lol!!!

Not really. I don't really "diet." I just eat heatlhy, take my vitamins, amino acid drops, etc. And when I want something like chili cheese fries, I eat it! I don't deprive myself, but I am... good at balancing things out. I also workout, so I do see results and that keeps me from getting discouraged and just not caring about my health and what I eat. I'm pretty health-conscious though. Not a total freak about it, but I eat my aloe plant, take my amino acid drops and Vita Chews religiously. When it comes to just really wanting food that isn't so healthy or is high in bad stuff like calories/carbs, I'll have it if I really want it. The good thing about that though, is that I am good with portion control. I hardly ever over do it or eat way too much, so I can have chocolate, cookies, etc. when I want them since the rest of my diet is not extremely bad. I like that. I don't believe in depriving yourself of good-tasting stuff, that's for sure. : ) I like my sweets way toooo much! In fact, that reminds me, I've been craving a strawberry shortcake milkshake from Krystal all friggin' week. And this evening, I am so getting one.

Definitely don't give up just because it takes time. Just amp up your excercize.
