I buy Spring salad mixes with pansy petals from the farmers markets, and I add chrysanthemum petals to my Chinese snake soup - YUMMY!

I haven't, but I pulled a great recipe from a friend on Facebook to make ice cubes with the flowers - they're lovely, and I want to try them next summer
