Do you ever freeze your mustard?

dont freeze it it will cause it to separate and be no good. mustard does stay good for a long time in the fridge though.

have never tried. but I do not think that mustard goes bad. at least not as fast as other foods.

Yeah I think married with children is right. Mustard has a long life. I'd just keep it in the fridge rather than freeze it.

Mustard has quite a few ingredients that retard the growth of bacteria, mold and other nasties but it will separate in the freezer and you'll be left with a mess. Depending on the type of mustard it'll keep in the fridge for months (even longer if it's american prepared mustard...aka yellow mustard) Poupon or grey mustards don't keep as long but even still it's quite a while before it goes bad.
