I go through phases of exercising every other day and then not for a few months out of laziness. Right now I'm on it though.

I'll call it weekly for right now. With the weather warming up, I am going to be able to go out maybe 2 days a week. And with where I am moving, I am going to have a nice bike trail 2 miles away, so I'll be able to break out the road bike again.

I chose other. I exercise about twice a day, most days. I do strength training and yoga on my own during the day, and my husband and me usually go for walks or jogs at night. I find that I sleep MUCH better when we go for our jogs as opposed to when we don't, so it is sort of a necessity for me.

I used to swim at least twice a week when I lived at college, but now I don't have any pool to swim in since moving. That's the only exercise I ever do and am willing to do. Call me lazy. ^^;;

I normally train for swimming about 6 days a week. On the 7th day I like to do some sort of stretching activity because by then I am very sore.

Very often & I've had to take a month off due to the major lung surgery I recently had. Luckily, I'll be good to go again in about another week, though.

I try to go 4 to 5 days a week. Usually 30-45 of cardio (usually running). And then either some circuit weights, core exercises, or dumbell workouts to tone and slightly build some muscle. I have recently started running 5k races and wanted to get in shape for that. My midlife crisis motivation was to sign up for the Tough Mudder which started my big pseudo fitness kick. I have lost 35 or so pounds and have never been this fit in my life. It has really helped with all areas of my life. I am in a better mood, have more energy, and the better fitness and flexibility means better sex with more positions becoming possible.

I exercise about 3 days a week. I figured it's enough because at work I am walking all the time... even running if I have to! But my wedding is coming up here and surprisingly, even with the occasional weight training and pilates, the weight is piling. I don't even eat a lot!
So I'm trying a new diet, and purchasing a heavy bag today. Really excited to start losing some weight! I want to look somewhat decent on my special day

If I get myself out of bed long before my daughter gets up then I usually go for a run.
Other than that I try to do some cardio exercises whenever I get a chance to with a friend, maybe 2-3 times a week
