Do you get carsick?

Contributor: MidnightStorm MidnightStorm
Yes, but it mostly depends on the car. Bigger cars = less carsick.

It really depends on who is driving. Some drivers aren't quite as smooth as others.

Only when I read. I yell at my husband for reading when I'm driving because even the thought of reading makes me sick.

I've only ever felt carsick a couple of times in my life on really long road trips.

Yes, and it happens very easily. I am very good at avoiding it though.

I didn't when I was younger, but now I get extremely motion sick from just about anything. I don't get sick and puke though, it just triggers my blood pressure to drop. So I'm more likely to get motion sick and pass out than get sick and puke. It's not fun.

Nope. If she is driving I can feel the urge at times, but haven't tossed the cookies yet.

Sometimes, that's why I hate sitting in the backseat. I have gotten carsick in the front passenger seat as well, but that doesn't happen to often...usually only if I'm with a bad driver and they want to go out on very curvy roads.

I almost always have to be driving, being a passenger makes me a little sick. Mostly if I am not staring out the window at the upcoming turns. I can't look down, read or anything. I hate it.
