I go about once every week, sometimes twice. I love them! They're one of my favorite activities to do in order to reach my 5 days out of 7 for working out. Just wanted to see if there are any other indoor cyclists here!

I used to go pretty regularly until I had a really nasty leg injury. The classes offered by my university were super fun.

I've never been. I'd love to have the time to. They do a class close by where they turn off the lights and play dance music.

I've used an exercise bike before, but I've never really understood the nature of these "classes" though. What sort of instruction do you need to use a bicycle?
