I go to a small gym nearby on occasion. Not nearly as often as I should, haha.

No. With my knee the way it is, I can't do anything too strenuous. I have an exercise bike I use at home to try and build up strength again after having surgery.

Yes, I go to a huge chain gym to workout. I use to be there 6-7 days a week, but now we have a trainer who comes to our house.

No way!
I want to exercise, but the mix of being the proverbial "fat chick" at a gym and my social anxiety would probably be far more stressful than I could handle...either that it'd land me in the hospital.
I'll stick to doing what I can at home...where people can't judge me and snicker behind my back as I try to work out.

Twice a week for now on my days off, I'd like to go more often but I'm still trying to figure out how to work around my irregular hours. One day I focus on strength training, next on cardio.
