Yep, and mine's not a long-shot or anything, I just have other priorities than purchasing another car or trading in. I still drool over the Dodge Charger (the newer one). I'd actually prefer slightly older - 2006ish, though. From what I gather from research online, more reliable than the newer engines, easier to fix, less prioprietary parts than the newest or oldest versions of the newer style. Weird for a "dream car," but for dreaming, mine's TOTALLY attainable for a few grand.

I so don't want to make any Benz lovers mad, but I always wanted one...till I got one, and it was the worst mechanical nightmare car I ever owned, and that list includes an old Dodge Colt, a Ford Pinto, an AMC Gremlin and a Pacer!!! I will never own another Mercedes.

You did well getting the Lexus instead...in my opinion. I have had a couple of Lexus models and all were superbly engineered and ran like a dream.

Our first LS 400 is still in the family. We went to Lexus for the reliability. In the long run you will save money. They last longer than other cars and have less issues. I've had Olds, Ford, Dodge, Nissan, Toyota, and Chevy's. Now its all Lexus. I seldom ride with the top down though. Already get too much sun.

I just want something that's a pleasant color that will drive and work well for a long time...

....Or a corvette cuz I think those cars are pretty, but any car insurance I would have would go through the roof. I wouldn't drive it fast but Corvette's are a car that's /meant/ to go fast and by what I've heard insurance companies don't like that.

When you get your vette, you will always have to watch where you park. Nothing worse than door dings on a beautiful vette. Very nice car. Will always get looks and smiles. What color ?

True true. All aspects of a corvette would involve expense and caution, so I probabaly won't be able to get one sadly. :c

Though if I could I'm not sure what color. My favorite color is a bright sort of blue, but my mom used to have a corvette that was a deep red... The red paint was a special kind that had little pearly flecks of glitter in it, and I just adored how it looked. It was beautiful in the sunlight~

I would love to get and rebuild an old 1960's chevy truck. I love the look of the older trucks plus they were real trucks not these plastic things on the roads today. But if i had to choose a newer car it would totally be the Audi R8, Drool. the lines are so freaking sexy it just looks fast. I would like to think i will one day own it. The day you stop reaching for the stars is the day you stop trying.

1963 Corvette Stingray Split window or a red Ferrari 308 GT. I doubt I'll ever have one but one can dream.
