I have in the past, and it does help with losing weight — to a point. However, I've changed the way I eat and I find I'm holding steady at my current weight without having to track calories.

The only thing I'm worried about as far as diets are concerned is if it's gluten free and low carb. If it meets those requirements then my family can eat it. Honestly I've never counted calories but eating low carb has helped us lose a lot of weight already.

I don't keep track of it, but I do try to eat healthy (most of the time).

I watch what kind of foods I eat, but do not count calories.

Nope. I have done it before and I dropped a lot of weight, but it's hard to do without measuring your food out. I just think that is a pain in the ass.

I don't keep track of my calories. I eat my regular meals and do not snack on junk foods much.

I don't have time to diet. Between school work and my son, I am lucky to even have a full meal.

I do... sorta. I try to eat healthily, limiting fatty foods and empty carbs. Sometimes I count, sometimes I don't. I usually don't count down to the EXACT calorie now, because I'm presently at the weight I want to be at. So I'm maintaing based on estimating, and it's been going pretty well.

I've been trying to eat less and better to lose some weight, but I've never counted calories.

I'm an emotional eater. If I don't track my calories I'll easily go over my daily requirements.

No, I just generally watch what I eat and make sure I'm getting a lot of fruits and veggies.

I make sure I eat 5 servings of veggies a day, but I don't count calories or restrict specific foods aside from refusing to buy products with corn syrup.

I am more conscious of the sugar levels in food - I really try not to eat too much added sugar!

I just try to make an effort to eat decently. Counting calories would drive me insane, and I could stand to put on a couple pounds.

I've tried but I usually end up giving up after a few days, it's nice to see where my calories are going and to target certain times of the day I obviously consume more but even with super neat apps (like lose it) it's still a pain to.
