No. Keeping track of calories makes me crazy paranoid, to the point that I end up hardly eating when I'm tracking. So... not healthy for me to.

I try but I totally fail at it considering how much I eat out.

No I don't. I think I probably should but it just sounds so tedious and terribly annoying.

Nope. Move more, eat less. The rest is just a headache for me.

I use my Dad's advice - if your pants are getting too tight, you need to cut back - simple advice but it works for me!

I have in the past to lose weight, it's not very difficult to do so as many thing. But I'm happy with where I am now, so I don't anymore.

I don't keep a precise count, but I do have a sense of how much I consume per meal and per day. Sometimes I record it, sometimes I don't. I have to be careful to make sure I'm getting enough protein and nutrients--there are a few websites and apps that are helpful for this purpose, too.

No, I think as long as you eat healthy foods you will be fine. 100 calories of butter is not the same as 100 calories of veggies. I rather have quality food than count calories.

I use an app for that

I count them, but only because there are great, free apps for doing so easily. If it's something complex (like a homemade sandwich with several things inside) then I just approximate.

I don't usually. I firmly believe that even though calories taken in vs calories burned is a simple way to lose weight, it's a little more complicated than that.

If I'm eating a meal that I'm concerned about, then I will estimate.
