I like both... depending on the scent, of course. Right now, I'm mostly into body sprays though. Especially the Black Amethyst one from Bath and Body Works.

When I do use it I use body spray. I don't use it often though as it tends to make my allergies act up.

I agree with this. I like how many single-scent body sprays are out there, like vanilla or coconut with nothing else.

I tend to skip both and go for nice-scented lotion. Perfume/spray either wear off too quickly or smell like alcohol/chemicals to me.

My wife's body lotion has a wonderful scent - which I always associate with a good roll in the hay! Her matching body spray is also nice - but honestly it isn't necessary.

Body spray for every day use, but I think I remember perfume more in relation to special occasions since it becomes part of the moment for me.
