I love it but it doesn't always agree with me. I can pretty much always expect heartburn even though I take meds for it. But sometimes I will deal with it so I can eat what I like.

Mmmm.... I love the garlic!!!

Have you tried heating up some coconut oil till it's uber hot then adding in lots of minced garlic, some chilies, then a lot of diced tomatoes then??? Removing from heat and adding in a handful of chopped mangoes. Mmmm.... summer time cooking is yummy!!

I have never thought of putting mangoes and garlic together.

I love garlic. I even make garlic knots when I make pizza.

Wow! I'm surprised at all the love it comments. I'm not a huge fan of Garlic. I'll eat it, but I have to have a small amount of it otherwise I burp up garlic all day and night. It also gives me heart burn.

I go through the massive sized Costco jar of powdered garlic in a month. I also use the fresh cloves for cooking for most meals. We adore garlic.
