If I'm going to indulge, I at least try to make it homemade and include a few veggies -- tomato, maybe spinach or green beans

I've loved it since I was a kid. I don't think you need to add anything to it but sometimes salt can be good.

I like the versions with nice cheeses. Most of my favorite versions have been baked, but just a nice sauce and pasta also works.

I hate to admit it but mac n cheese is probably my favorite food.

Love it, mostly homemade stuff though, I'm super picky with store bought brands. We like to add broccoli, cauliflower and black pepper. We both can't handle a lot of cheese though, we like to make it with yogurt or the rare occasion that we want to blow $10 on vegan cheese.
