Well, I had mouth ulcers and couldn't eat anything without pain besides oatmeal. And I realized that I actually really enjoy eating oatmeal (like the little flavored packets, not the plain stuff!) And I wondered if I'm the only person who loves oatmeal (breakfast every morning loves) or if everyone else just likes it (or hates it.)

I like sweetened oatmeal, but I wouldn't say I love it. Oddly though I don't like oatmeal cookies. I think it's the texture of oatmeal that I like rather than the taste.

It's not my first choice but I would eat it. When I do eat it I put in a spoonful of peanut but, some raisins and some walnuts.

I go through phases of loving it, usually in winter. Hot, thick, stick-to-my-ribs oatmeal is perfect for freezing mornings. I love the strawberries and cream instant Quaker. Oatmeal cookies are pretty good too. Favorite cookie recipe I've made so far was chocolate chips, craisins, and coconut oatmeal cookies.

I like oatmeal, but I flavor it myself. I like it really well with ham and cheese in it. I've always treated oatmeal as just another grain though.

Love Mrs. Peg's oatmeal, cherry, chocolate chip cookies. Tolerate hot oatmeal when I must. Use to eat it raw when I was a teenager....STARCH MONSTER!!!!

Meh. Oatmeal is okay. Original is good and its nice in cookies. But I dont really 'love' oatmeal. It's just okay. Flavored oatmeal to me is gross, cant stand it.

I love regular, plain old fashioned oatmeal!!! I have it almost every day for breakfast and toss in some raisins or other dried fruit. OHHH and when fresh fruit season comes in the Spring? I toss in fresh fruit or make a fruit salad with dry oatmeal!!! YUM!!! Take some of your favourite yoghurt and some oatmeal and fruit, put through your blender and voila!!! Best smoothie on the planet!!
