Agreed, Some people look cute with "bed head" or "tousled" hair. But that's really more of a style in and of itself. I think that if someone intentionally just doesn't feel like doing their hair that just seems lazy.

As long as they wash their hair and brush it from time to time, I'm fine with messy hair. Neat hair is also nice.
