I never used to, but I did a very restrictive diet for a few months (which I do not recommend) and using spicy stuff was the only way I could add flavor variety.

Yes but my acid reflux doesn't. I recently had a scope down my throat and thought I had an ulcer, but I don't. They said everything looks good, so I just eat what I want and pay for it later. They can't figure out why I get t so bad .
