I love it... my Boyfriend bought me some as an early valentines day gift... I had a salmon and tuna roll combo with brown rice and a double salmon and avocado roll.... so good.... I was definitely what i was craving...

I love sushi, but I don't like rolls. (I'm allergic to iodine, and the sea weeds have a lot of iodine in them.)
I love nigiri, which is a ball of rice, with a piece of fish placed over it, sometimes with some wasabi under the fish. I always "paint" my sushi with my pickled ginger, dipped in Japanese Soy, and rub more wasabi on it.
My favorite is Toro, the fatty belly from a blue fin tuna. I also like regular tuna nigiri and salmon. No shrimp for me, again, I'm allergic.
Here is some Toro.
It doesn't look like much, but the flavors and texture are divine. Some sushi places will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for one large Tuna from which they can cut thousands of Toro nigiri. Many say it's the best sushi.
You're a lucky girl. I wish my husband would buy me some sushi for Valentines Day.

I LOVE those over-the-top rolls you get at sushi restaurants. I'm not really huge on nigiri, but I love sushi.

I love sushi. Nothing like going to a nice sushi bar in Japan and spending more then a weeks paycheck on one meal. So much better then anything I have found here. There are some good sushi bars here, just no where the level I have found there.

I don't eat fish-based sushi, but I think vegetarian is delicious! I love avocado and cucumber, as well as sweet potato. I'm also a big fan or Inari, which I don't think qualifies directly as "sushi," but is delicious nonetheless!

Sushi is my addiction
My husband and I went out for sushi tonight. We go out for it often and sometimes even make our own at home.
I like nigiri and rolls the best. Sashimi is good but I prefer a little rice. And you can't forget the eel sauce!

I love authentic sushi, we actually make it all the time! I also like over the top sushi. Temaki sushi is nice for parties, because it is individualized. The nor I is cut hip and everyone says it one data time with whatever they want on it.
