I had to as a kid, sometimes I do now, it seems to make the room look cleaner even if there is crap piled up everywhere else in the room!

I don't even remember the last time the bed was actually made. When company comes we just throw the comforter over the sheets even if they aren't made.

Psh! I don't think I've made my bed in about 5 years. I occasionally throw the blanket over it when I'm putting laundry away, to keep socks and other small garments from getting lost in the sheets... But that's about as close as I get to actually making it.

Nope I don't make my bed I would rather let it air out if I sweated during the night I don't want to make the bed an it stay damp an harvest nasty things.

I rarely make my bed. Sometimes when I clean my room I'll make my bed just because it makes the room look neater, but I only give my room a thorough cleaning once every few months or so.
