I've personally shared a few things on my own with my wife, but a conversation usually leads to this, not her asking a question. The few times she did outright ask about certain aspects of my past sex life when I was single, she was genuinely shocked that I had had a ffm threesome and that I'd had sex with a married woman after the husband invited me to do so. She wasn't upset or judge mental, but genuinely shocked. So now you know the origin of my question.
