Do you or would you have an ADULT playroom?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
Seems there is an interesting trend in home design. The "adult playroom". A friend who is a real estate agent said that while empty nesters used to move to a smaller home, the market downturn has stuck many with a lot of rooms they don't need. Another friend and the same party piped up, and said HE has a lot of calls to create HOME THEATERS (theater platform seating), built in projectors or cubbies for ULTRA big screens, popcorn "bars", etc, in FAIRLY MODEST homes (like some well under $100,000), where people just want to splurge with multiple empty rooms. He also HAS gotten calls about doing ADULT PLAY ROOMS (mirror ceilings, poles, even sex swing hook ups...yes, people are HONEST and ASK!!!

So, do YOU have an ADULT PLAYROOM in your house (how many GUEST BEDROOMS or SEWING ROOMS do you need???), or would you like one, someday?

If I had a ton of extra space, sure? It would be a low priority though, I'd want a library first (for example).

Heck yes I'd want one.

I would love to have my toy collection out on display, sound proof walls, mirrors and the lot.

If my collection keeps on growing the way I want it too, I am going to need a whole room just to store them all!

I think it would be fun, especially for hosting others so the bedroom stays private yet toys can stay set up. However, I rather like exploring the whole living space, doing stuff just wherever the mood strikes.

We are going go build a small one - about 20' x 15' as a fully enclosed module in our garage. Our plan is to sheetrock it in and cover the sheetrock with carpet to reduce sound. Hard points built on the walls for shackles and floor/ceiling tie points. We are going to put in a bed, flat screen (60") plus full sound system. I also plan on adding a camera system from Sam's with the 8 camera digital recording.

We currently have a really nice ceiling swing with a heave chain suspensio that doubles as a high shackle rack in our room. Or we just use the chain with handcuffs and te swing becomes a spreader bar. We have a ramp and wedge, a suction cup deck for my dildos for the bed and I have a huge four poster bed with the paded head board and the posts are tall enough to tie me to standing and spread against. The head board either pussy out pr ass out. We use a digital vdeo cam, web cam and my desktop computer to record me/us, or to watch videos.

With the new room we can add a stripper pole and small stage so I can't wait for that to be fone.

My husband is too modest to even consider it, though I'd like a stripper pole just for exercise, but that won't happen. PLUS, we only have 2 bedrooms. One for us, and one for our 2 boys. NO SPACE!

Eh, I honestly think right now it is something I'm not really interested in. The bedroom works just fine, or anywhere else for that matter lol

Some folks just don't want mirrors on the ceiling, poles, and ceiling hooks for sex swings....etc, in their regular bedroom, I guess.

Yah...it is usually the "after the kids leave and we have three extra bedrooms we don't need and cannot dump this house we are upside down in...etc" that does it. Then it becomes, "OKAY, so we are STUCK with this huge house, what neat things can we do without spending a fortune to make it MORE FUN for US to live here"? That seems to give rise to these home theater, game room, play room ideas.
