Those tags used to always say "DO NOT REMOVE". People were worried that, like the TAG police were going come and throw them in prison.

Now the tag says "TO BE REMOVED ONLY BUY PURCHASER", and yet I STILL see them hanging on the bottom of chairs and tables in peoples homes.

SO...are people still intimidated about removing these tags??? (Our dog bites them off ANY new furniture that comes into the house. He looks for tags!!!!)

I haven't removed the tags, but none of my furniture has the kind that hang down. Mine are all sewn into the bottom, so you'd have to be cleaning the cushions to even know they're there.

If I see it it will get removed or tucked under if possible. As I am the purchaser I have no problem removing it.

I used to do that. But now I cut them off I hate them being on there especially when they can be seen.

I've never paid much mind to the warnings since I'm the purchaser (or have had the item purchased for me) so I just yank the tag right off.
I think those tags are meant for people that rip them off in a store or something.

Maybe I'm odd but we tend to just get them on pillows where they sort of hang off the side like an annoying little flap of loose skin on a scrape.
It bugs me for some reason to keep them on the pillows.
