Yes we do. We recycle all paper, plastic and metal. The rest goes in the trash.

Yes, paper and cardboard. Our recycling centers are ridiculously behind, so that's pretty much all they accept.

Reduce & reuse as much as we can. Then recycle. Family of four, one in diapers (sposies... I know, I know) but we still produce only one bag of trash a week.

I'm real skeptical of environmental extremists - but recycling just makes a ton of sense to use. Our city has a great curbside program and we put more into the recycle bin than makes it to the trash bin.

My city has a recycling program, so they give all residents a recycle-only bin and can. This makes recycling really easy for paper, plastic, cardboard, and other such things. Metal pop cans and plastic bottles are also recycled separately. When it's warmer outside, we keep vegetable shavings and produce that's gone bad for compost for the garden.
