I definitely use a savings account. I freak out if I can't save a large chunk of my paycheck every time I get it. I like the feeling of having a large savings account just in case.

Lateley I been saving alot and spending alot since I have some money saved in the bank I felt I could spend but I feel bad after becuase the items i purchased where wants and I already exceed my limit for treating myself
