Do you whiten your teeth?

I use a whitening toothpaste, but that is just because it was what was on sale at Costco when we went to buy toothpaste.

I have whitened my teeth with the strips once, because I bought a tube of whitening toothpaste and Crest gave met a sample of the 3D White strips.

I go out of my way to avoid whitening products. Permanent teeth aren't meant to be crazy white and are naturally not as white as baby teeth and I'd rather them be healthy than blind everyone.
