Do you work out regularly???

We now do dance twice a week, and walk about every other day. We also swim at least once a week for an hour. This, despite a busy schedule. Do you work out regularly??? What do you like to do?

Exercising would have adverse effects on my body, not positive ones.

I've been doing a fast 60 minute workout video. It kills the muscles in my legs though and I get so sore! So I think I need to do it every other day and just have a long slow walk inbetween days. Something like that. I'm overweight and excercise isn't an option, I have to do it! Even though it hurts like hell because I'm new to it all. Hopefully that soreness goes away and I get stronger.

I walk my pooch approximately 45 minutes to an hour every day, and I do a bunch of stretching exercises every night.

I need to do more then I do. I walk about three times out the week and it is mostly to do errands or go to therapy for my back. But it is still exercise to me. That is my only means of transportation at the moment. I have a Wii I really need to do the exercises on there again.

I've never heard this before. How would exercise have adverse effects?

Regular exercise helps me tremendously.

I use to work out 3-4 times a week then school/work got really busy. :/ But now I'm finished with school and trying to get back into the swing of things. Went on a walk with my Dad today. Going to try and do something Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Hopefully I'll keep to it.

I go for walks for a 1/2 hour to an hour 3-4 times a week. It's not as much as I want to be doing but it's better than nothing.

I think maybe she means it would have adverse affects on her body, not people in general.

I only do a bit of working out, a day. It's recommended that you get about two hours a week - however, doing it in one big lump can have detrimental affects, so it's best to stretch the time out over a week.

I'd love to work out but I struggle with self-motivation when it comes to exercise, I think I'd need to hire a personal trainer.
