Do you worry about retirement?

Contributor: Rod Ronald Rod Ronald
Im in my mid thirties and lately I have been worrying about retirement. Mainly because I have never bothered with it. I worry that I may be hurting later on down the road. Does anyone else freak out a bit over this?

I'm 36 and it worries me a bit but I just try not to think about it too much.

I try not to think about it either. It's when my older coworkers start talking about it to me that scares me. I can't tell if they just made bad life choices or there speaking the gospel about it. I'm still holding out that my kids will become rich and famous some day and support my old ass!

I'm 19...so I put "other" because I'm sure I will worry about it in the future but def. not now. I worry about student loans now.

At 58 it's not that far away and with the terrible investment crash of '08 my savings have grown very little. It's a problem. All I can do is to try and rebuild savings.

I have no retirement savings personally. My husband started his over twenty years ago. We watch it and hope it grows but I wouldn't say we are worried about it that much. It's doing well and we have about twenty years to go. I am a Sahm but if I go back to work I will pick up bills so be can put more away or start a new investment. You just have to do your best and hope.

I put other because I am only 21, so I still have a while to go before I need to worry about retirement.
