I have severe fibromyalgia, clinical depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disorders and a binge eating disorder (but it doesn't show, thanks to my metabolism). When I was a kid I used to have ophtalmic migraines and plain migraines too. I rarely get them anymore. I also have low blood pressure and a very bad immune system.

As a teen I was diagnosed with narcissic personnality disorder and borderline personality disorder, but I am unsure if the diagnosis was accurate enough. I still have a lot of BPD "symptoms", but not so much narcissic "symptoms". I also suspect I might have other personnality disorders, or maybe that's just my social phobia...

Oh, I also have Raynaud's disease.

Exercise induced asthma, mostly just with cardio. It kicks in after about 15 minutes of biking, 3 minutes of running.

Just OCD and headaches of various sorts, so I feel quite fortunate (and a little guilty) seeing what some of you others have had to deal with. I did have a spontaneously collapsed lung in the past, but that's not really a "disease"--I was just predisposed to it because of my height, weight, activity level, etc. It's been fixed, but I do sometimes wonder if the other one is just a ticking time bomb--I try not to dwell on it, though, since there's absolutely nothing I can do until (if) that day comes.

I was diagnosed with epilepsy as a kid. I've only had one seizure though.

OCPD, ASPD, General Anxiety, Headaches of all kinds (Blinding Migraines, the occasional Cluster, Stress and Sinus), Aspergers (which went unrecognized for 15 years because I'm a social mimic even if I have no idea what I'm copying), and a difficult to describe sleep disorder which I normally refer to as insomnia but actually has qualities of non-24 and DSPS.
If that wasn't enough, I also have thalassemia minor and a slight heart murmur.

Bipolar 2 and Asperger's Syndrome. Unlike Bipolar 1, Bipolar 2 is "hypomanic"- that means the manic episodes are very similar to the depressive ones. Mix that with Asperger's- the highest functioning form of autsim- and it's actually a medical nightmare! I've been in therapy for 5-6 years now. Since the mix imitates a lot of other stuff, namely anxiety disorders and ADD/ADHD, I didn't get a correct diagnosis until just last year. But it's amazing what that did for me- I finally got the right combo of meds, which got me in a good enough state to finally take control of my disorders, and am the most stable I've been since... hell, since elementary school!! Needless to say, all the grief they caused me is all in the past. I'll have 'em all my life, but, hey, if I didn't have Asperger's, I'd be a very boring person! XD

Other than that, I'm very lucky to be physically healthy

Eating disorder, reactive depression and anxiety (I don't have a chemical problem, I have an abuse problem), IBS, PCOS, endometriosis, and atypical migraines. My migraines don't particularly hurt, but instead of causing pain, they cause me to have something that looks like a stroke. It's kind of horrible to live with, especially since I got speculatively diagnosed with everything from MS to a brain tumor to hysteria (not officially, but the doctor told me I should be consulting with a psychiatrist, not a neurologist) before being diagnosed with atypical migraines.

I don't struggle with epilepsy. There are other seizure disorders, mine for instance, nearly mediated syncope... which are just stress related seizures. I also have tremors... and for 22, it sucks.

unsurprisingly high incidence of mood disorders. i always feel guiltiest of checking off depression in a list like this because it serves as such a reminder i dont have more serious problems.

why feel guilty? besides, depression is a serious debilitating condition.

bipolar, depression, anxiety, panic, chronic pain, fibro, ptsd, scoliosis

and other things that i wouldn't consider serious (as of yet) such as
osteopenia, fibrodenomas, thyroid nodules, high cholesterol, chondro- something? of the patella, hypoglycemia, vitamin d deficiency

i do get migraines that are ER serious, but thankfully only a couple of times a year. as far as sleeping- insomnia comes with manic episodes of course but not like before medication. i also have times that i struggle with agoraphobia.

This is a very interesting poll. By the L-rds grace we have nothing on this list that we have to deal with. Health is not something that happens by accident. We have worked very hard to maintain our health and our childrens health. Every day is a new day and a new challange.
We wish you all a healthy and joyful life.

Diagnosed: Social Anxiety Disorder, Chronic Depression, Asperger's Syndrome (high-functioning), ADD, occasional Migraine sufferer.

I've stopped taking all medications, and now only take a daily multivitamin. So far, mostly good.

Probable: Gender Identity "Disorder", but that's still up in the air since I'm too embarrassed to ask my family to see someone about it. I am hugely against self-diagnosing in most situations.

I wear bright things, keep myself busy, and talk to good people. I keeps me sane.

Edit: Hmm, looking back at the thread title, I'm not sure if I'd call my conditions "serious." Sure I'm a bit of a basket-case at times, but I've never harmed myself or others and my conditions are generally not life-threatening in the usual way. We've all got problems. Strong people with big problems are more interesting than those unburdened with such worries, eh?
