Recommendations for water flavor enhancers?

I know there are a lot of zero calorie water flavor enhancers out there, but are they any good? Recommendations?

I personally find most of them two sweet or too tangy. I wish I could just have a slight, fruity flavor in my water with no sugar.

I actually am totally in love with Mio! Been drinking it for about a year or so. I use it daily, pretty much. I love the energy flavors -- black cherry and green something. Right now I have green, but I switch out. I do like them very much! I drink probably twice or three times as much water as I would without the flavor. I actually don't know the calorie count in the energy Mio, but they have Mio fit and all that good stuff. I'll admit, it's a bit pricey sometimes, but it just depends on how much you use. Sometimes I like to add like 9 squirts to my water bottle & I'll drink it all day. Other times only a few squirts is enough. I love all the Mio flavors except for the berry something another. I did not like it at all -- it's one flavor in the Fit line, not Energy.

Then I've also tried Dasani's water flavor -- LOVE it too! Only it doesn't come with an energy version, so I buy Mio more. If I've not had any Mio energy in a couple weeks, I'll drink a glass of water with it and it'll really put some pep in my step! Works great for energy unless you use it daily, just like most energy products it stops really working.

But if you aren't into the energy kind, I definitely recommend either the Dasani or Mio fit. I love the pink lemonade Dasani! It is delicious. A bottle of the Dasani flavor lasts for a good long while since the little bottle is bigger than the Mios and it does not take a lot of squirts.

If you're someone who really wants to get in the habit of drinking more water, I definitely think using one of those flavorings is a wonderful way to go. It's how I manage to drink water. Most flavors are good. I've only met the berry kind (Mio Fit) that I didn't love. But I don't like raspberry flavored anything. Wait a minute. No it's not berry! It's pomegranate. Sorry about that. Lol.

There's the whole Crystal Light stuff too. I liked it a whole lot and used to drink it all the time. They've updated their flavors these days & they're even better! I love the pink lemonade Crystal Light. I have only tried the powder mix, not the squirt flavor from Crystal Light, but I would not hesitate to say it's probably delicious too. I love how one packet of the powder is plenty flavor. You don't feel like you need more. There have been times where I've used one serving packet for TWO bottles of water because the flavor was strong enough. Pretty sure CL has is all low calorie too.

PS The CL tea flavors are really good too & strawberry.

I drink straight up water, no additions. I dont feel that those additions to your water are good for you, about the same as drinking a can of whatever. Just drink water, it is so much better for you.

I tried a couple of them and really didn't like them at all.

Same here. I like carbonated water with fruit flavor added, but it's "natural flavor" only.

I like a few of the Dasani flavors, and Crystal Light has a few that are pretty good (the drop ones are aspartame free, unlike the powder).

I just put a gallon jug of bottled water in the refrigerator and it tastes great. It's really all I drink. I have migraines, so I refuse to drink artificial sweeteners, and plain water is better for you than all those chemicals and artificial sweeteners and colors and caffeine anyway.

It only takes a few weeks to get used to plain, cold water and it's the best thing you can drink of all.

I drink at least a gallon of water a day and none of it is sweetened, flavored or dyed. It only takes a few weeks for your body to adjust to pure, plain water and it's worth the effort to get away from stuff you don't need in your water.

MIO is good my son had me get it for him. I tried the new Crystal lights and they have a aftertaste. I don't like anything with a aftertaste to it. I have the pink lemonade squirt and some peach one. The peach one is not too bad though.

Yes! Plain water is the best

If you absolutely NEED flavor, buy an infusing pitcher and flavor your own water with real, fresh fruit. No added dyes, sweetners, or odd chemicals you can't pronounce. Plus, you can control the flavor by adjusting the combination of fruit you add.

A few fresh mint leaves! A frozen berry or two! A basil leaf and an orange wedge!

I love water as it is. However, sometimes I need a sweet kick. I like MIO peach mango and my boyfriend likes the sweet tea. I took a survey the other day on a Crystal Light product that is coming out (can't give out the info, sorry) and it looks awesome, so keep a eye out at the store!
