Would being on Eden affect a job application?

Contributor: sweetiejo sweetiejo
I was just wondering if anyone else had ever wondered if being on Eden would effect later getting a job. I want to become a Game Warden and I found out they can dig up anything on you when testing you, and I wondered if being on Eden would effect this. Has anyone else wondered about this?

I have everything listed under Kira, which isn't my legal name. I think it would take a good bit of effort to find me on here. If someone wants to spend that much time tracking someone down on an adult site, then I probably don't want to work there anyhow.

I don't use my real first name on this site, and I don't post my real name anywhere (besides for shipping purposes, of course). I also don't post any photographs of me.

But, I share Kira's viewpoint. If someone wants to go through that much trouble to dig up dirt on me, then whatever -- I don't want to work for them, after all, because that would just be a miserable job.

Nothing illegal happens on this website. Therefore, it should not disqualify you for government employment.

I could see where certain jobs would want to know about participation in a site like this just from a moral fortitude perspective - mainly, religious institutions and private schools. Especially, if one were doing adult videos on Eden. Even still, they'd have to be pretty good at detective work to figure out who is who around here without their user name being connected to a social media site with the same user name.

I feel that what you do in your personal time is just that your personal time and should by no means effect your professional life.

I agree. Also it is not illegal or wrong to be on here.

I think the only time it would be a problem is if you were applying for a job at Chick-Fil-A.

As long as you're not doing it on work time, I don't see a problem with it. Everyone has a life outside of a job and this just happens to be part our all of ours.
