My baby is getting groomed today and will look all pretty!
So because of the puppy picture, I just have to post a pic of my baby when she was a puppy. She's almost 2 years old now (*sniffle* I'm a sappy mom) but this is when she was only about 9 weeks old. She's asleep in the crook of my arm here.

That has to be the most popular plaid (the blue/green/burgundy) furniture EVER. I've known 3 people who've had it. PERSONALLY, I inherited it from my parents (it's thankfully been replaced now), AND I've seen it on many-a-curbside.

CRAZY!!!!
I have to agree. I inherited it from my folks too and when I moved back, they were tossed away because of just how old they were. What I wonder about is WHY everyone bought them! I was only a child when my parents picked out but seriously??? Not a lasting pattern for the ages. It may have been cool for a random year in the early 90s but that's about it.

I think that's when my parents bought it. Mid to late 90s. Personally, we have brown leather. The style will last longer than the couch.
Thankyou.
Adorable but a real little monster.
Ohhhh, I so wish I had puppy energy. I'm sooooo tired. He just pees, shits and chews - very little sleeping happens here .... for anyone. Lol.
So freaking cute! I want the baby on the left. Look, they're holding hands.
Shellz31, your puppy is adorable. You can keep posting pictures so we can see him grow up.

Thanks. I will do!
We got some pictures this evening ... I'll check to see how they came out.
It's only been just over 24hrs and he has worn me out. I think he is A.D.D...lol.
Had me up and down allllll night.
I have never come across a puppy that pees and craps every hr! It's unbelievable.
Ok. This isn't one of mine, but I couldn't resist.
I'll add some pix of my actual cats when I'm less tired. While you wait, I'll tell you of some endearing quirks of my flame point siamese:

I'll add some pix of my actual cats when I'm less tired. While you wait, I'll tell you of some endearing quirks of my flame point siamese: -He loves my husband's shoes. (but not mine and not my son's) -He loves my husband's gym bag, esp. right after he's returned from the gym. He treats both of these items as though they are made of catnip, rubbing himself all over them. If given the chance he will jump inside the gym bag and sleep.

Thats classic. I love it.
Mine love to sleep in my coat if I leave it out, only mine, she could care less about anyone else's. lol

This is Roxy. She is also a German Shepherd-Husky mix and she is 14 years old. She has epilepsy and has to take medication twice a day for it. She is my best friend... maybe because she is really quirky and so am I. I feel a lot closer to her than I do most humans. I almost lost her a few months ago to a really bad seizure and I cried myself to sleep that night.
This is Twain. He is a Flame-Point Siamese. He is 13 years old and a big bully to the dogs, which is awful, but also hilarious because they let him pick on them.
This is Keila. We found her living by the railroad tracks by our home. She was so tiny then that she fit in the palm of my hand. She is now 5 years old and a spoiled little girl.
Last but not least, my hedgehog, Mace. I adopted her two years ago, as a baby, from a breeder about an hour drive from my house. She is very shy, but when you get her outside, she loves to explore.
Oh, I do have another cat. She is about a year and a half old, very very shy and wary of most people, so I do not have a picture of her. We found her, near death at a cemetery. We took her in and took about a month and a few hundred dollars in vet bills to get her healthy.

OMG I had a Siamese that looked almost identical. They have such a peculiar personality and they are so smart. I lost mine because a tumor developed in his brain and he becameparalyzed. I almost cried the minute I saw this picture.. they are amazing
It's one thing if I show MY face. I don't need anyone saying "Hey _______!" when they don't actually KNOW my kids.

omg do not let this thread EVER stop! seriously, just keep posting more and more pictures of the same animals if necessary cuz this totally made my night! ('specially da bunnies!!!)

Both Zoe and Ginger are unfixed girls and Little Bits is a unfixed male. He is there stud, and they, are his bitches. Funny thing is both girls are Bi. That is they hump each other all the time, but when they go into heat they try to give it up to Little bits. Funniest thing to watch, he can not figure out how to get them. We do have to keep an eye on them though. Hopefully when I get a job, we can get him fixed.
Casey is the oldest, about 13. Zoe is 11, Ginger is 8 and Little Bits is 5. They all are a major part of our family and we love them dearly.
Oh, almost forgot. This is Terry, our beloved Rooster.
He may not live in the house, but we love him just the same. We also have three hens. During warm weather they provide a lot of enjoyment just watching them "Peck" around. They have been great for the kids.

Chicken! I love chickens, grew up on a farm where we had lots, One was my pet named JC and got to sit inside on my lap to watch cartoons with me, raised him from a chick. Now we can only have pets that live in cages and tanks so i will soon introduce our little dwarf hamster Rose.
That looks somewhat like our collection, we have a tank with platys, mollys, shrimp and snails. Another with a samll tiger fish, A very happy spotted puffer fish a tank of rescue tadpoles (they almost froze in the pond) who are finally getting legs, a 4 ft snake, not sure what kind he is lol,and our new baby hamster. Im sure i forgot to list someone but it happens when you have alot of little friends lol.
Heres a Link to Rose the hamster and if anyone wouldn't mind to PM us and maybe tell us how to upload a pic properly we would love it.

Hm, I haven't submitted a baby photo in a while and I'm inspired by the sleeping dog on my bed. Here's my baby when she was just a little 8 week old puppy! She was so tiny and adorable (and loud and whiny lol).
This is from a few years ago, but it's the only one I have on this computer. We changed her name a hundred times the first week we got her, but someone eventually decided on Gizzmo. She's real protective, but loves to cuddle
awe... Alys, I'm sorry. (((HUGS))) My parents have a miniature Schnauzer named Sally. She's the best dog. I think I would be terribly sad too.
Thanks sweetie. It's so hard for us because she's such a stoic little girl. She had one of the tumors removed, and I think that it's been more traumatic for us.

Awwww I'm so sorry, Alys. I KNOW that's hard to deal with because I had to let go of my dog/best friend that I grew up with. She was 17 and a half years old and I was 20. So I literally spent my whole life with her.
And I have no idea how I'll handle my current baby ever getting old...
