Ever eaten "exotic" meat? What did you think?

In Scotland a business associate took me to a restaurant that served Zebra, Lion and a host of other "wild African Game meat". I tasted some, and it was very, well, gamey.

In the states I have had Alligator, and it was greasy. (but it had been breaded and fried).

Anyone else ever tried some exotic meats? What did you think about it?

I don't know what counts. Venison isn't exotic, but i've had deer jerky, which was interesting. I've also had many things from the ocean.

I tried alligator once, I mostly remember it tasting somewhere between chicken and tuna.
