Exercise and Self Confidence

Contributor: Bubba29 Bubba29
I have found exercising almost instantly helps me feel better about myself. This is regardless of any body changes. Sure, body changes will happen over time but what I am talking about is feeling better about myself the same day I exercised.

Do any of you exercises see an immediate boost in self confidence from exercise?

Not lately, but I haven't been exercising lately.

It's actually a two fold effect though. The hormones released by exercise make you feel more attractive, and the increased bloodflow and even pheromone release (even though science swears they don't matter much) actually make you look more appealing to others.

I do. I have been hitting the gym 5 times a week. May even do a career change to CPT. But, we will see!

I do. I always feel better right after I exercise and I tend to feel awful if I haven't moved around that day.
