Where I live, we have a decent sized Hispanic population, which has resulted in a lot of REALLY good Mexican restaurants. I always get excited to try a place's salsa--a good salsa is absolutely necessary to good Mexican food.

But I like to order Mexican seafood when I go out--fish tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Heaven in a tortilla!

Just a margarita. I'm not a fan of mexican food at all. Whenever we go out for mexican, I just drink and munch on chips and salsa. My partner LOVES mexican though.

There's so much I love. Carnitas, Tacos de Carne Asada, enchiladas, or this thing at one place in my city, it's called an Alambre. Basically it's steak, peppers, onions and bacon covered by cheese that somehow firms up and is almost like a burrito. Every time I eat it I know I'm shortening my life span, but it's so good. But I only eat two a year, otherwise my arteries might just harden right then and there.
