We can't wait for football. My husband and I do a lot of golfing this time of year to make up for the lack of any good sports on TV.

I can't wait either! And with the NFL debacle, I feel like I have to channel all my excitement to the college season. Which isn't too hard when you've grown up in the South, lol.

As for baseball, I don't know how Seattle is doing, but try being a Twins fan right now...not terribly fun. But as my husband says, it's almost comical how bad they are.

I'm trying to get into American Football, so I signed up to a fantasy football thing. The trouble is, there's no coverage of the games, nor write ups in the newspapers, so I don't know much about the teams in general, or the little things that would make them appeal to me.

You really need to check out ESPN. Pre-season just started.
