Depends on a lot of things. Often I'll go out with the intent to get to go or sit in and that changes my choice of restaurants. If there are others and what my mood is also influences my choice.

Depends on time, mood, and if I am eating with anyone. It also depends on the restaurant. There is a Japanese restaurant that I really like, but the waiters get kind of judgy if we order California rolls, eat without chopsticks, or don't say "itadakimasu" before eating. I always order out at that restaurant.

Almost always to go, unless our 12 year old insists. When we go out to eat at a restaraunt--not fast food, but a nicer place, we do stay. I'm a sucker for the China Moon Buffet! We go there every excuse we get. A birthday? V-day? Our kids are graduating middle school or hell, they're out for the weekend--let's celebrate at China Moon! Lol. LOVE that place. I always bring my "big purse" when we eat there. Bahaha. I can't help it. I LOVE egg rolls and those sugary donut bread things.

Restaurants I will generally try to sit down in and enjoy the meal, hot a fresh. Fast food is a different story.
