I started using the online version about 6 weeks ago. I've been averaging a little less than 2 lbs of loss per week. It's not going to teach you anything you probably don't already know (i.e vegetables are a healthier choice than candy bars) but it has helped me make better choices when choosing what to eat, especially when going out to eat.

I joined WW on January 26, 2011 (hey, my "anniversary" is coming up soon!) and so far, I've lost 48 pounds. I have to say, I love the program, because I feel that there's *nothing* I can't have, if I really want it. I can honestly say that I have not "given up" anything; I just make smarter choices now.

Mine was a mixed bag. I lost 60 pounds on the program over 10 months, and I've gained 80+ pounds since leaving. I mostly went on just to make my mom happy. I still want to lose weight, but I really need to get my binge eating in check.

When I stick to it, it really helps me to shed the pounds. In college I lost 30, but I have gained it back since then. My only problem with it is that I found the points for exercise a bit easy to gain.

I haven't been on weight watchers but I did use SparkPeople for a while - it was free at the time (I think it still is). In fact, I should go back to it again...

You can find it at link

I did lose some weight when I was on Weight Watchers as a teenager, but I gained it back. I had the opportunity to try it again, but I decided not to: I don't think that the weight loss is worth the AA type atmosphere. I have enough issues without feeling guilty about eating
