Friends with benefits...

I had an LTR with a women, then we broke up because I didn't want to have kids right then and she did. She was 6 yrs older than me. A year later, we started being FWB. She decided I was a distraction from her main mission, so she stopped it after about a year. She got married a couple years later (and had a kid right away). I was really bummed when we stopped having sex. Now, we're FB friends but don't interact much.

ended badly

I've done it quite a few times. A few got feelings, a few times I got feelings, and more often than not we usually just ended it civilly and we're still friends. The key was communication and to keep our heads grounded. I thought I had developed feelings quite a few times when I actually didn't, and that did bring up a little bit of tension. But once I got those feelings into perspective I realized it was nothing. I enjoy FWB situations.

It was actually a pretty awesome situation cause i have a very high sex drive and my husband not as much so nights he wasnt into it she was so i always had someone to turn to.
