this fucking irritable bowel is fucking HELL. Last 3 days barely any sleep then I get out of bed feeling like a pile of shit. I wonder if its because I had to take plan B one day?
IDK but I started eating better and nothing has changed. This house is a fucking dump I'm so ill I can't do anything about it I can barely work anymore. I got to work a nd right away I get headaches its loud and the fry station light is hot and really bright. My dad is pissed but I try to clean and end up on the floor or toilet in misery its better I sit down and don't move. NIght time is the only time I can leave the house then I work and go to bed...so on my days off at night then half hour every night after work I must do things...but if I'm running on no energy no sleep I can't do it then either so I can start this on Tuesday night when my period is over.
