(United States) Did you know that the little picture on your driver's license (next to the big picture) is a breathalyzer? I tried it, filled my mouth full of listerine and left it there for about 1 minute. Blew on the license and it lit up!! It tells you when you have had too much to drink to be able to drive (legally). I thought that was so cool lol. Just wanted to share!

I don't know how you managed to keep all that in your mouth for a minute; after about 10 seconds it's burning too badly for me to do much with it.

Vodka is an excellent choice! Lol listerine doesn't bother me much. Just put it in there, swish it around a bit then drink it (the vodka lol) then blow on it. I was so amazed

On a sidenote here, my dad and aunt just watched me blow on my drivers license and didn't even blink in my direction. I believe that speaks volumes about my personality.

The little picture will light up if you have alcohol on your breath. I am in Missouri, not sure if other states have it yet.

Evidently not in Illinois.
All I could find in our house was wine (which I hate) and some 80 proof rum. Held the rum in my mouth until my eyes started to water and my mouth was burning (I don't drink, so it wasn't all that long, but I can still feel it, and I think I'm drunk!) and them blew on my license... nothing.
And, my kids didn't even look up either. Says something about my personality, too.

I was told by the police chief. Missouri might be different, I'm not sure of other states. I also know it lit up when I blew on it with listerine. He said if you are legally drunk it will be as bright as the big picture.

Even though we have fancy pants driver's licenses, CA licenses don't include that feature. Maybe it's just Missouri.
