Gas Prices-What the *(&%^%$

Contributor: jmex83 jmex83
Yeah, Thats right, Im complaining about gas prices lol. (Then again, these days, who isn't!?)

Just two weeks ago the gas here dropped about 30 cents a gallon and my wife and I were about tickled pink. Then, not four days later, BAM! 50 cent hike! I love it when they nail you to the wall and get you all excited that they are actually going to give you a break. Ugh. Anyone else feel like venting on the gas prices? feel free to do so below LOL!

I would complain, but my SO (who lives in the UK) and I have been comparing prices, and they routinely pay close to $9.00 per gallon. We've had it easy.

Same here - Master is talking about his next car being diesel, so he could at least get more mileage out of his money (Somerset tends to have very long commutes).

Who says politics don't influence gas prices?!?!

The oil companies are just butt-hurt that their pipeline got denied and are trying to pressure us to get their politicians (re)elected.

YIKES @ 9 bucks a gallon! I guess it got up to $7 a gallon in Alaska recently. I suppose you could say that we have had it pretty easy, comparatively, but still.....ugh. I just wish they wouldn't flip flop so damn quick. Makes you think you'll be able to afford that drive across state to see family and friends for the weekend and BAM! Nope! lol.

The prices in Europe are so high because of their taxes.

Our Govt seems to be hell-bent on driving prices up to force people into smaller vehicles and alternative fuels.
