I pretty much listen to it until the moment I fall asleep. Sometimes I listen to my own music that I've produced for the purpose of making myself relaxed but I've been known to listen to anything and everything.

I like having the TV on for a little bit of background noise as opposed to music, but on occasion I will listen to a little bit to relax before I sleep if I'm in an altered state.

Every once in awhile I will play music until I'm about to fall asleep, but most often I don't. In college, I'd leave my headphones on all night thanks to the Canadian lumberjack snoring roommate I had. lol.

I don't listen to anything. But rain does make me sleep much better
