My hair is the shortest it's been in my adult life, not touching my shoulders. It's gotten gradually shorter over the last three years or so, but before that, it was waist length.

I have always had long hair. It was down to my buttocks when I was in my early 20s. Currently, it reaches the middle of my back. I color it, but I always have it done professionally and use demi-permanent color. At home colorin is just too messy, and I hate the smell.

I have long, straight, shiny, Native American, Dark Brown hair. I have been known to dye it, and at times use crazy colors. Right now it is colored but colored to my natural Dark Brown shade.

Mine is shoulder-length, but I really want to grow it out. The only problem is I get impatient and scissor happy :/

my hair is to the middle of my back and natural reddish blonde. My hubby wont let me color or cut it shorter than my shoulders. He likes it the way it is.

I like all sorts of hair on all sorts of people. It all depends on the person and their personality. Regardless of length or color, nothing is nicer than soft, shiny, non-scraggly-straw like hair.
As for myself, sometimes I wish I had long hair. Not meaning to brag, but I've got some very nice hair... soft, shiny, thick and naturally wavy. Just washing/conditioning and combing gives me the type of hair that many women spend tons of time and money on to get it to look like what mine does naturally ("shampoo commercial" hair ). But even though I have nice hair, I chop it all off and have worn a pixie for many years. Honestly, I think it suits me better... plus I have this rebellious streak that gets mad when people think that short hair isn't feminine... so I like to prove them wrong.
Color-wise... mines been every shade available (and some that isn't). Currently, it's close to my natural color (dark blonde), just more golden... which I hate!

I currently have shoulder length, which I like. Long enough to get it all up, but short enough to not be a hassle.
When I cut my hair earlier this year, it was past my bottom..

My hair is down to the middle of my back (long-ish?). Most of it is virgin/undyed, but I have a chunk behind each ear that's dyed reddish brown.

my hair is rather long. It is almost to my waist band. sometimes i want to cut it, other times i love it. Hubby said what when i can sit on my hair, i can cut it. yippee. or maybe not. idk.

I've gone through many coloring experiences, but I've ended up cutting my hair off (it's short now) and growing it naturally. I like it better than I have ever before.
