Ideally, an unscented bar of hand soap. I try to avoid using sanitizer as much as possible.

Soap I just feel it does more in cleanliness. Sanitizer to me is one of those things if you are out and about where you aren't able to wash your hands.

Hand soap. I only use hand sanitiser if I'm sick and I have to go somewhere, and that's to try to protect everyone else.

Most of the time I'm home so I use hand soap, but at the grocery store when it's a choice between the little foam hand sanitizer pump or the sinks I usually choose the sinks so my hands aren't all wet. (I hate those little hot air dryer things)

i use soap when im at home and hand sanitizer when im out of the house.

When my daughter was newborn we used handsanitizer. alot.

The key thing to remember is that hand sanitizers lose their effectiveness after 3 uses in a row. If you are about to use it for the 4th time without having used good old soap and water, stop and go to that sink!

I use hand soap more but I like hand sanitizer. I think it smells nice. (is as little an "I use it to get high" way as possible, it just smells nice.)
