Happy Holidays to... ME!

I get great joy out of buying other people presents. Receiving presents is more of a hit or miss for me, I appreciate any presents received (my mother raised me right!) but at the same time a lot of the presents I receive are obligatory presents from family.

So another favorite (and I think important) part of the holidays is buying a present for myself. It is always something that I would indulge in usually, but have the excuse of the holidays to pamper myself.

This year I placed an order with EF (almost $200 in products that I've been wanting for a while). I would have bought myself more, but of course my car decided to be a bitch and I had to plop almost 1000 into it to get it fixed.

So! What was your gift to yourself this holiday season?

I usually do that as well. But this has been a really rough year for us financially. I did get some great stuff with my EF Holiday code and some gift certificates, which I love and am soooo grateful for! But that's it this year.

I got myself a Rachael Ray bakeware set I'd had my eye on for a while. I'm a sucker for all things domestic

I finally broke down and bought a flat screen tv for the bedroom. We had an old fashioned tube set which was fine, but now we want to start watching porn in bed, so I have to have it in HD of course!

Even when I'm gifting for myself I'm pretty boring. Most of it has been stuff I need for my wedding, lol.

I ordered the Eleven with my holiday discount. Tomorrow I will buy my self a new coat, mine decided to break the zipper today while I was plowing snow.

I know how you feel about the unexpected emergency, one of my dogs thought it would be fun to slice her paw pretty bad last Saturday. Then to top it off, today she somehow reopened it so I had to make another trip to the Vet. What do you do?

Um ... I can scrape together enough change for a lottery ticket. Maybe something will pop from it.

Dang. Poor doggy! Sorry to hear that Dwtim.

So far, I got new boots. I really need a new handbag too.
The hubby and I got toys from EF with the holiday discount. I suppose that counts too, considering I picked them out eh?

I bought the Ella as my gift to me but I think I forgot to set the free gift wrapping option. Oh well. It's supposed to be here by Christmas Eve.

I haven't bought anything for myself this year. My boyfriend is buying me a pretty kickass Christmas present this year, so I'm not to worried about spoiling myself.
